An Interim Homes' property is not only more spacious, comfortable and less expensive than a suite hotel, but our properties have all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer. And, what's more, many of our apartment style properties have resort like amenities: pool, fitness and business centers. We also offer privately owned condos, townhomes and single family homes should this choice better serve your needs.
What can I expect? When you walk into an Interim Homes' property, you can relax knowing everything has been prepared for your arrival. Our properties are completely and tastefully furnished. You'll find; separate living, dining and bed room spaces, your table set, kitchen and baths equipped, and your bed beautifully made. All the comforts of home!
What is included in the price? Our single monthly invoice includes: rent, furnishings, kitchen, linens and housewares, in-unit washer/dryer, and all utilities, cable and internet service. We also offer additional options such as maid service and parking.
How much does it cost? The price of an Interim Homes' property varies based on the type and size of the property, location, length of stay, and services required. Our pricing starts at $2,900 and requires a minimum stay of 30 days and a 30 day notice to vacate.
What is the billing procedure? With approved credit, our monthly invoice can be can be paid by check, major credit card or we can arrange direct billing from your company.
What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is at 4:00pm on the day your lease starts, unless alternate arrangements have been made with your leasing consultant. Check-out is at noon on the last day of your lease.
Can I bring my pets? Yes, we have pet friendly properties! Please note an additional deposit and breed and size restrictions may apply.
