I wanted to relate to you my thoughts on how your organization has made a normally difficult situation happen with little anxiety or problem for me.
I had chosen an apartment on the internet and it turned out not to be what I expected when I arrived on Friday. You were able to find me another one that was much better on the same day and made the connection with the building manager almost immediately. I came back on the following Monday and everything was in place. I did not realize what I would have forgotten until I came back to my apartment after a hard day at work. Everything was in its place including place settings for dinner.
It was great to move in on short notice and not have to worry about having to spend time ordering and waiting for service personnel to install TV, internet, and utilities. Thanks for your help in making this a much easier process.
